Well, it’s that time of year again – I’m taking a bit of a break from regularly updating Badnix.

This isn’t something I particularly enjoy doing, especially when we’re directly in the middle of an ongoing story. But I feel like I’ve been pouring all of my time into getting the strip up on time and letting a lot of important stuff go by the wayside.

The plan is for Badnix to come back sometime this Winter – hopefully as early as next month! I’ll be using that time to work on a whole new site, with all kinds of new features and lore that will make it much easier to jump into this weird little world I’ve created.

In the meantime, I’ll post new stuff around here whenever I get a chance. Oh, and I have a Twitter account, I guess, on the off chance that I have some trifling news to impart and remember that social media exists.

Sorry, pals. Hey, if it’s any consolation, Bill Watterson used to put his fans through this for nine months at a time! That lazy hack.

WHOOF! Another story finished.

Sorry about the late-ish updates these last couple of weeks. Like so many before me, I’ve undergone the transition from “shiftless student” to “listless workplace automoton”, which leaves me less time to draw obtuse videogame funny-pages you know and love.

I’m toying with the idea of putting the comic on ice for a bit, maybe mixing up the format/update schedule (for like the billionth time). For the time being, though, I am pretty much obligated to do a couple of hamfisted Halloween strips, on account of I am a hopeless Halloweenophile. More regular Badnix it is~!
